I just sort of made up this recipe when I needed some chocolate icing, so I don't know how it holds up to other recipes. It makes sort of a semi-sweet icing rather than a super sweet icing. It's Pagan because there are 3 ingredients, and the ingredients all have a 3 in there. It's vegan because it's made with soy milk, but I'm sure you can make it with regular milk also, though I have never tried.
2/3C powdered sugar
1/3C cocoa powder
3 T. Silk Very Vanilla Soy Milk
Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Use right away before it sets up.

Are you Vegan?
|No, I just realized this is a vegan recipe and went with it. Once I tried to be vegetarian and couldn't do it. I don't have the fortitude to be vegan.
