I hate it when my parents are right, I hate it hate it hate it.
So long story short. Q was acting like a typical wild 6 year old, jumped on me and cracked me in the head. I fell backwards and smacked my head on the wall. After a day of ringing ears, vomiting and head pain, my parents finally talked me into going to the hospital. Woops, I guess they were right I do have a concussion. They gave me anti-nausea meds (I started barfing again, that's why I'm up). And prescribed bed rest for 24 hours. My biggest concerns...I don't want Q to get a complex over this. I told her Mommy was going to the hospital for a tummy ache, but I can tell she didn't believe me. When my Mom was here with her she said she was very quiet, which is odd for her. Second. I'm worried about work tomorrow. We already have a temp filling in for someone else, if they have 2 temps in one day this could cause lots of problems. I'm going to try going back to sleep now.

Hope you're feeling better. A concussion is nothing to fool around with. If you don't get better, get back to the doctor.
OMG! Are you feeling better today? That will go a long way toward making Q feel better about things.
Parenting is not for cowards is it?
