One of Queens cockatiels. I'm contemplating getting another tiel. The lady 2 houses down from me has babies, and her female is on eggs again. This is the story. She bought brother and sister birds, and kept them in the same cage. Naturally, they laid eggs. Two of those inbred chicks laid eggs, and that is where these babies came from. Yep, redneck cockatiels them. But they are gorgeous. They are pearly pied, and if I can find a pic of that type of tiel I'll post it. She is giving me the baby, and heavens knows I have cages. It wouldn't be an investment. And I get all gushy over baby birds. If I don't take these chicks, I can take one from the clutch of eggs one they hatch and are ready to leave the parents. And what should I name such a bird. Oh, I'd have to come up with something really inbred sounding like Bubba-Mae or Ricky Bobby or Otis. Oh here is a pic I found of the pearly pieds, although most of tha markings are on their back and you can't see it in the pics well.
